Vepsä, a recreational area comprising 17 hectares, is the City of Turku’s own holiday village in the centre of Airisto. Vepsä features good fishing waters, log holiday cottages, saunas and a sandy beach. You can also find a sauna which can be used for courses, conference and business entertainment, boasting a large room with a fireplace. It is equipped with it’s own docks.

The m/s Lily or a replacement vessel goes to Vepsä Island. The point of departure is the west bank of the Aura River in front of the Vaakahuone Pavilion. See m/s Lily on map here.
