Vepsä, a recreational area comprising 17 hectares, is the City of Turku’s own holiday village in the centre of Airisto. Vepsä features good fishing waters, log holiday cottages, saunas and a sandy beach. You can also find a sauna which can be used for courses, conference and business entertainment, boasting a large room with a fireplace. It is equipped with it’s own docks.
There is daily traffic to Vepsä 1 June –31 August.

The m/s Lily or a replacement vessel goes to Vepsä Island. The point of departure is the west bank of the Aura River in front of the Vaakahuone Pavilion.
The return voyage costs 12 euros per adult, 5 euros per child (0-14 years of age). Tickets are available from the ship prior to departure. Pre-bookings are unnecessary. We recommend that you arrive in good time, because the ships have a limited amount of seats.
